- Pre-assembled stainless steel manifold complete with integrated Grundfos UPM3 A Rated high efficiency pump, mixing valve, flowmeters, automatic air vents, drain/fill valves, blanking plugs, 1 x pair of ball valves and multilayer pipe connectors.
- 16x2mm PERT-AL-PERT UFH pipe (WRAS approved)
- 7 Day digital programmable thermostats (optional upgrades available)
- Electrothermic actuator heads & wiring centre
- Pipe fixing clips and perimeter edge strip
Overfloor Kits
Our Overfloor kits are ideal for projects where a low profile solution is required. Using an 18mm dry screed board and 12mm pipe, the overfloor kits provide minimal build up and are a simple and quick installation option for new build or retrofit applications.

Timber Suspended Floor Kits
Our timber suspended kits are perfect for first floor or other applications that require a between joist system. The kits include of the components required to install a complete system including aluminium heat diffusion plates.
